Family Advocacy

Families can advocate for and alongside their loved one with a disability while also sharing resources to empower their youth with a disability to speak up for themselves and become self-advocates. “Self-Advocacy” is when individuals with disabilities advocate for their own rights as an individual or as a member of the broader disability community.
