Finding Mentors

Mother helping daughter find resources on an iPad.Leaving the school system and finding employment can be an overwhelming time for youth and families as they leave one system they know into what often feels like unchartered territory. Parents often need a guiding hand to help them know what resources would be the most helpful to them depending on their child’s goals, strengths, challenges, and dreams.
